Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel day of, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you no call, no show, you will be charged 100% of scheduled service price & a booking deposit will be required to reschedule.
Appointments may be rescheduled and considered a same day cancellation if client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. After 30 minutes clients will be marked as a no call no show and charged 100% of the service.
